Job Title: Retail Food Services Supervisor

About the Role:

  • Supervise the day-to-day running of a retail food outlet to ensure an effective and efficient service.
  • Coordinate and oversee the activities of the retail food service outlet to ensure efficient and effective services.
  • Comply with food safety management and REV program requirements.
  • Supervise staff and foster a positive team culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the outlet operates within established standards and protocols.
  • Coordinate and manage inventory, supplies, and equipment.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records and reports.
  • Develop and implement strategies for improving customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of supervisory experience in a retail or food service environment.
  • Proven track record of successful leadership and team management.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
