Sales and Marketing Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales and Marketing Coordinator to join our team at Gough Recruitment AU. As a Sales and Marketing Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Directors and Sales team across multiple offices, ensuring the smooth execution of sales administration, marketing, and advertising activities.
Key Responsibilities- Sales Administration: Manage listings from start to finish, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Marketing and Advertising: Coordinate all marketing and advertising activities, including social media, to promote our high-end residential apartments.
- Property Marketing: Develop and implement effective property marketing strategies to showcase our listings.
- Agent Marketing: Provide marketing support to our agents, ensuring they have the necessary tools to succeed.
- Signboard Management: Book and install signboards for our listings.
- Listing Management: Upload listings to online platforms.
- Marketing and Branding: Manage print and digital platforms, including website management, and implement new branding for our office.
- Auctions: Book and coordinate auctions for our listings.
- Ad Hoc Duties: Perform various administrative tasks as required.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for this role.
- Administration and Communication Skills: Proven ability to work proactively and independently, with strong administration and communication skills.
- Real Estate Experience: A current Real Estate Certificate of Registration is preferred, and previous real estate experience is highly desirable.
