Sales & Marketing Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales & Marketing Coordinator to join our team at Gough Recruitment AU. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our directors and sales team across multiple offices.
Key Responsibilities- Sales Administration: Manage listings from start to finish, ensuring seamless transactions and excellent customer service.
- Marketing and Advertising: Coordinate all marketing activities, including social media, advertising, and branding initiatives.
- Property Marketing: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to showcase our high-end properties.
- Agent Support: Provide administrative assistance to our agents, including booking signboards, uploading listings, and managing print and digital platforms.
- Auctions and Events: Coordinate auctions and other events to showcase our properties.
- Office Management: Implement new branding and manage the office brand, ensuring consistency across all platforms.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with our team and clients.
- Administrative Experience: Previous experience in real estate administration or a related field, with a strong understanding of sales and marketing principles.
- Organizational Skills: Proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Real Estate Knowledge: A current Real Estate Certificate of Registration is preferred, with a strong understanding of the real estate industry.
