Support Elderly Residents as a Care Service Employee

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to fill key roles in our residential care team. As a member of this team, you will be responsible for providing essential care and support to elderly residents in our facility.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Assisting residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and personal hygiene tasks
  • Providing emotional support and promoting independence and dignity for residents
  • Monitoring residents for any changes in their health or behaviour and reporting to the nursing staff
  • Assisting residents with mobility and transferring
  • Ensuring resident safety and following all health and safety protocols

**Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to use smartphones/tablets and learn new systems for work purposes
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Police Clearance (free)
  • Compassionate and patient with a positive attitude
  • Current First Aid/CPR certification
