Providing Support to Seniors

Serving as an essential caregiver in the aged care sector demands dedication, empathy, and a genuine interest in enhancing the lives of elderly individuals.

As an independent support worker, your primary role will be to offer personalized care services to seniors residing in their own homes or residential facilities. Your daily tasks may include:

  • Personal Care Assistance: assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Respite Services: providing temporary relief to caregivers, allowing them time to rest and recharge
  • Light Housekeeping: maintaining a safe and clean environment for our clients

To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have previous experience in aged care. A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle are also required.
