Job Opportunity in Elderly Care

This role presents an opportunity to provide exceptional care and support to the elderly in a reputable facility.

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as an Aged Care Worker, responsible for delivering high-quality care and assistance to residents.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assist residents with daily living needs, including nourishment, personal hygiene, and other support as outlined in their care plan.
  • Work within legal and ethical frameworks.
  • Complete documentation according to legislation and residents' care plans.
  • Offer emotional and physical support to residents.

Requirements:

  • A Certificate III in Individual Support - Aging is required.
  • First Aid and CPR certificates must be held.
  • A clear and current National Police Check is essential.

While prior experience is not necessary, candidates are encouraged to apply. Those without experience may require additional training before being considered for placement.

All training programs include first aid, CPR, manual handling, and work placement. Note that these certificates and placements are only offered as part of a comprehensive program.
