About the Role- Provide personalized support to elderly residents, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs).
- Support residents with mobility, transfers, and positioning, ensuring their safety and comfort at all times.
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding, maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Monitor and report changes in the health and well-being of residents, providing proactive support and interventions as needed.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents, adhering to relevant standards and regulations.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, their families, and fellow team members, promoting a culture of respect and empathy.
- Certificate III or IV in Aged Care or equivalent qualification.
- At least 3 months of experience in Aged Care or a related field.
- NDIS Workers Screening Check (or willingness to obtain one).
- Full working rights in Australia.
