Job Role Overview

As a Revenue Services Officer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless operational efficiency of our revenue services. To excel in this position, you will need to demonstrate exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently in a proactive manner.

You will also be required to possess excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the capacity to successfully interact with a culturally diverse patient cohort.

In addition, you will need to have demonstrated commitment to patient service, as well as the ability to manage conflict of resources and hospital priorities effectively.

Key responsibilities include assisting, screening and intercepting telephone calls, liaising with multiple individuals from the health sector, clinicians, patients and their caregivers, and formulating strategies to address arising issues proactively.

Ultimately, your goal will be to deliver outstanding customer service and ensure that our revenue services are operating efficiently and effectively.
