
Revenue Growth Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic professional to fill the role of Revenue Growth Specialist. This exciting opportunity is part of our Revenue Operations team, based in Melbourne. The ideal candidate will drive revenue growth by supporting our end-to-end go-to-market function.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with the Revenue Operations team on sales process improvement projects to eliminate bottlenecks and inconsistencies, focusing on sales, demand generation, and customer success productivity.
- Maintain accurate records of Revenue Operations policies, processes, and project statuses.
- Support cross-functional project coordination, including project documentation, task management, meeting coordination, and documentation.
- Ensure internal customer-facing data integrity through data cleansing, list segmentation, data alignment, suggest, and implement process and workflow improvements.
- Create and manage key reports, pull ad-hoc Salesforce list requests, and provide reporting backup to analysts as requested.
- Assist with Salesforce, Outreach, and other tool administration and project prioritization.
- Knowledge of sales processes and operations within a SaaS organization preferred.
- Experience with a CRM, Excel/Sheets, and other revenue tools/systems.
- Keen interest in optimizing revenue operations for a high-growth company.
- Proven technical and non-technical problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage a wide variety of stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Possesses strong attention to detail and ability to think and act creatively and tactically.
