The revenue operations manager will play a pivotal role in Firmable's commercial team, ensuring the smooth operation of our go-to-market engine. This position requires expertise in sales, marketing, and customer success to drive efficiency, visibility, and growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage sales reporting and dashboards for weekly, monthly, quarterly, ad-hoc, and real-time analysis, providing leadership with accurate insights and forecasts.
  • Manage HubSpot CRM administration, workflow management, automations, data quality, and integrations.
  • Review and optimize the sales tech and martech stack to improve efficiency, adoption, and ROI.
  • Ensure data integrity across systems and processes, enabling accurate pipeline management, attribution, and performance tracking.
  • Collaborate with finance and leadership on revenue forecasting, target-setting, and KPI reporting.
  • Own partner reporting, tooling, and revenue share payment management for accuracy and timely execution.
  • Partner with sales leaders on account allocation, territory design, and outbound targeting strategies.
  • Support sales enablement initiatives in collaboration with management – including process improvements and automation.
  • Leverage Firmable's data for CRM enrichment, segmentation, and ongoing database hygiene.
  • Provide deal desk support, including deal reconciliation and configuration for complex deal structures.
  • Provide operational support for cross-functional initiatives, including onboarding, customer lifecycle tracking, and campaign measurement.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or marketing operations (B2B SaaS or tech experience preferred).
  • Strong experience with HubSpot CRM and marketing automation – exposure to Smartlead or similar tools is beneficial.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to build dashboards, track KPIs, and translate data into actionable insights.
  • Familiarity with sales compensation, deal desk processes, and financial reconciliation workflows.
  • Experience managing sales and marketing technology stacks, including evaluation and implementation of new tools.
  • Excellent process design and documentation skills, with a knack for making complex workflows simple and scalable.
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-driven and resourceful, with a collaborative approach to working across teams.
