Job Overview

We're seeking a skilled sales professional to join our team as a Retail Sales Consultant.

About the Role

This is an entry-level position in sales and business development within the newspaper publishing industry. As a key member of our showroom team, you'll support builders, interior designers, and homeowners in their renovation journey to create their dream bathroom.

Responsibilities
  • You will assist customers in choosing the perfect bathroom products.
  • Create and manage customer quotes and orders via email and phone.
  • Use our 3D Planner to bring a customer's vision to life.
  • Visit customers onsite to provide updates and maintain great relationships.
  • Ensure the showroom runs smoothly and safely.
Your Skills and Qualifications
  • Previous experience in retail sales or customer service with a passion for building relationships and helping others.
  • Energetic, takes initiative, and is willing to learn and grow.
  • Comfortable using computers and eager to learn new systems.
  • Open to working various shifts, including weekends.
  • Committed to developing your career – either locally, within our network, or head office.
