We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Client Advisor to join our team at Tiffany & Co. As a Senior Client Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and sales experiences to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Provide personalized product recommendations and sales guidance to clients.
- Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide expert advice to clients.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement sales strategies and initiatives.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty through exceptional service and sales experiences.
Requirements:
- Minimum two years retail experience preferably within the jewelry industry.
- Previous expert selling experience.
- Demonstrable problem-solving ability.
- Strong customer service ethics.
- Excellent communications skills – verbal and written.
- Strong computer skills – Word, Excel and CRM.
- Flexible working availability, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
- Previous experience in a luxury retail environment.
- Previous senior sales experience.
- Gemology Certificate/Diploma preferred.
