About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Advisor to join our Brisbane Advisory Team. As a Senior Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting the strategy and delivery of Australia's largest infrastructure pipeline.

Main Responsibilities

  • Support the development of creative solutions for the delivery of transport, education, health, property, energy, and renewable projects.
  • Work closely with RPS senior leaders and clients to identify and develop business opportunities.
  • Grow your skills and experience across sectors and develop your own specialisations and areas of interest.
  • Develop a strong understanding of the value of effective project development service offerings to a business' bottom line and/or government reputation.

Requirements

  • Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Law, Project Management, Economics, or Commerce/Finance are desirable.
  • 3-5 years proven experience in project development, project/programme management, assurance, risk, including managing projects for government and/or infrastructure delivery clients.
  • Strong understanding and proven experience with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent skills in managing relationships, teams, projects, and issues.
  • Ability to form long-term, trusted relationships with clients and partners.
