The successful candidate will be working across a diverse range of projects at any one time, preparing deliverables based on project scope.

This role offers an opportunity to work with clients requiring a variety of solutions, developing custom solutions specific to customer requirements.

Salary

The salary offered is $80,000, which is market competitive to attract the best professionals in the field.

The position is available for at least 3 years.

Job Description

As an ICT Business Analyst, you will be responsible for gathering business requirements from clients and supporting the development and implementation of solutions to meet their needs.

You will work closely with stakeholders to define roles, responsibilities, accountabilities and interactions, and analyse requirements to produce viable solutions.

You must hold a relevant Bachelor's degree and have at least 2 years' experience as an ICT Business Analyst.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Gathering business requirements from clients
  • SUPPORTING THE DEVELOPMENT AND IMPLEMENTATION OF SOLUTIONS TO MEET BUSINESS REQUIREMENTS
  • Working with stakeholders to define roles, responsibilities, accountabilities and interactions
  • Analysing requirements to produce viable solutions
  • Documenting full requirements and managing changes to requirements
  • Conducting interviews with key personnel, subcontractors, program managers, and subject matter experts to develop content
  • Developing business requirement specifications that can be used to inform solution design in the future
  • Communicating business changes in appropriate terms to IT/business teams and gaining their agreement on process redesign
  • Defining roles, responsibilities, service tiers, documenting process flows
  • Managing productive stakeholder relationships and associated risks
  • Developing an agreed work plan of key performance indicators and outcomes
  • Acting as a central reference and information source, providing guidance and assistance in the system project decision-making process
