About the Role

This exciting opportunity has become available due to changes in financial reporting requirements. As a Financial Risk Analyst, you will be part of the Finance department based at our Sydney Olympic Park Office. You will work 4 days in the office and 1 day remotely, collaborating with various stakeholders to implement effective control mechanisms and strengthen our risk management framework.

Key Responsibilities

">

Monitor key risk indicators and develop corrective action plans to mitigate risks; review key risk items and identify root causes of abnormalities and mismanagement cases; analyze transactions, internal reports, and financial information for potential financial risks; collaborate with cross-functional control owners to enhance control operation efficiency; collect and review evidence on a monthly basis to validate the effectiveness of controls.

Requirements

">

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field; minimum 1 year experience in audit, accounting, risk management, control implementation, or a related role; strong communication skills; intermediate stakeholder management skills; detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and thoroughness; agile and self-motivated individual with intermediate to advanced MS Excel skills.
