Job Title:

Finance and Insurance Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Finance & Insurance (F&I) professional to join our team as a Business Manager. The ideal candidate will have relevant F&I qualifications, automotive industry experience in finance and insurance within a high-volume brand, and a customer-focused approach when offering F&I options.

Responsibilities
  • Present, introduce and sell all Finance and Insurance products to customers.
  • Work closely with the sales team to build relationships, negotiate and close finance deals.
  • Manage the Finance and Insurance process, including document collection and submission.
  • Maximize sales results for the dealership by achieving set targets.
Qualifications
  • Experience in Finance & Insurance within the automotive industry.
  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to qualify customer needs.
  • Responsibility and accountability for achieving F&I targets.
  • A professional and positive attitude.
  • Interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships internally and externally.
  • A hands-on team player who is adaptable and willing to learn.
