A career in water infrastructure engineering is about creating solutions that impact communities. As a Senior Civil Engineer, you will play a key role in designing innovative and sustainable water infrastructure systems.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing team of engineers who are passionate about delivering exceptional outcomes for our clients. You will be responsible for managing and assisting in civil engineering, design management, and project management tasks from planning to construction support.

  • Plan, program, and coordinate projects to deliver outputs on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
  • Develop comprehensive designs for water and wastewater infrastructure systems, including engineering drawings and reports.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop conceptual, preliminary, and detailed designs through sketches, electronic models, diagrams, and other visual formats.
  • Prepare technical documentation, proposals, change orders, and client communication materials.
Key Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering – Civil or Environmental Engineering or equivalent.
  • Professional certifications or registrations such as Chartership/RPEQ are highly regarded.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in water and wastewater treatment plants.
  • Strong expertise in potable water supply, gravity and pumped sewerage systems, and recycled water networks.
