Restoration Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Restoration Specialist to carry out water, fire, and mould restoration tasks with efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspect damage/loss to contents items
  • Perform emergency works to mitigate further damage
  • Demonstrate proficiency in restoration techniques, processes, and procedures
  • Undertake equipment deployment, monitoring, and collection
  • Enter claims information into the CRM system
  • Participate on the after hours on call roster
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience in Water, Fire, and Mould restoration
  • IICRC Accreditations
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Ability to work autonomously with little supervision
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise competing work allocations

A National Police Check and a Working with Children Check are mandatory requirements. The position is available for immediate start.
