Lead a Team of Educators to Shape the Future

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced educator to lead our team of professionals in delivering high-quality early learning programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for inspiring excellence in our centre, mentoring educators, and elevating teaching practices across the organisation.

Role and Responsibilities
  • Job Description: Inspire excellence in early learning, guide teaching practices, and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our centre.
  • Mentorship:** Enjoy 5–6 hours of dedicated non-contact time each week to mentor educators and elevate teaching practices.
  • Program Delivery: Lead the delivery of high-quality programs aligned with the EYLF and NQS, while guiding a passionate team to achieve excellence in early learning.
Key Requirements
  • Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
  • Strong Knowledge of EYLF and NQS
  • Current QLD Working with Children Check
