About Goodstart Cooper Plains

We're looking for a warm, motivated, and enthusiastic Early Childhood Teacher to join our Exceeding-rated, 75-place Goodstart Cooper Plains centre, just 11km from Brisbane's CBD—a friendly, multicultural suburb with leafy parks, top-notch transport links, and a buzzing community feel

You'll gain invaluable hands-on experience, working side-by-side with a passionate educator in our Pre-Kindy Room (22 little explorers)—and be mentored by our incredible Educational Leader every step of the way.

Pre-Kindy Room Magic: Join a close-knit team with just 22 children and one lovely educator in the room.

Work-Life Balance: Enjoy a consistent shift from 8:30am to 5:00pm

Dedicated Programming Time: 3.5 hours of programming weekly, with access to our peaceful, homely staff room (yes, it actually feels like home ).

You'll Need

• Bachelor of Early Childhood or equivalent qualification (ACECQA approved)
• Current QLD Working with Children Check and First Aid qualification
• Queensland – Registration voluntary if eligible, not required
