Employment Type: Full-time, 6-month Fixed-term

Pay: $43.55 - $66.09 p/h (Depending on qualification & experience) + $2.25 Educational Leader Allowance + Super

As an Educational Leader at Goodstart, you'll collaborate with Educators in your centre to observe, review, and continuously enhance the educational programs offered to children. You'll deepen the team's understanding of child development and early years content, guiding the application of the Early Years Learning Framework. Working closely with the centre leadership team, you'll lead transformative changes and champion excellence in educational practice.

We're looking for a dynamic Early Childhood Teacher to take on a unique Float Educational Leader role. You'll be a mentor, collaborator, and spark of inspiration across our five rooms.

• Full-time , 6-month contract with the potential to transitionof ongoing employment.
• Our 22 passionate Early Childhood Professionals create meaningful experiences daily, and with just 75 places per day, we enjoy genuine connections with every child and family.
• We're proud of our 89.9% occupancy year to date in 2025 — families trust and love us.
• Meeting-rated by ACECQA : We're committed to continuous improvement and quality education.
• Dedicated 7 hours of non-contact time each week to focus on curriculum leadership and mentoring.
• Float between rooms to support educators and share your expertise. Catering to children from six weeks to 6 years, with five inspiring rooms designed to nurture imagination, curiosity, and lifelong learning.

You'll Need

• Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education) or ACECQA approved equivalent .
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
• Current QLD Working with Children Check
