About the Centre:

At Milestones Tingalpa, we're proud to offer a welcoming and nurturing early learning environment where children aged 0–5 years can feel safe, supported, and excited to explore. Located on Manly Road, our centre is a trusted part of the local community, known for its dedicated team and vibrant learning spaces.

We follow the Lifelong Learning Curriculum, a holistic and play-based approach that supports children's development across all key learning areas and helps them build the skills they need for a confident transition to school. Our government-approved kindergarten program and healthy, delicious meals prepared onsite are just some of the ways we ensure children are supported in every aspect of their day.

About the Role

• Motivate and lead a team of educators in the Kindy room.
• Develop a lifelong love of learning through child-led enquiries, connections to our local primary school and positive experiences within our community.
• Design, implement and evaluate educational programs for our children, allowing for the unique and individual interests and strengths of each child.
• Support the centre to Meet/Exceed the National Quality Standards.

About You

• An Early Childhood Degree or ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification
• Relevant teachers' registration (if applicable)
• A current Working with Children's Check or willing to obtain
• Current first aid certificate (including asthma and anaphylactic training) or willing to obtain
• A strong commitment to fostering the growth and development of young minds
