Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee new build projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, safely, profitably, and to the highest standard.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Managing projects from pre-construction to handover and defect liability
  • Leading project teams and mentoring team members
  • Ensuring compliance with building specifications, standards, and EHSQ requirements
  • Establishing effective relationships and communication with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders
  • Tender interviews, contract management, and subcontractor negotiations
  • Managing construction programs and project delivery systems
  • Financial reporting and identifying profit improvements
About You
  • Experience delivering commercial new build projects or projects with structural works as a Project Manager
  • A natural leader and team player
  • Adaptable, solutions-focused, and calm under pressure
  • Familiarity with MS Projects, Procore, and Jobpac is an asset but not essential
