Construction Project Manager Position

We are seeking an experienced construction professional to oversee the delivery of high-end residential homes on the Gold Coast.

Main Responsibilities
  • Direct day-to-day management of on-site construction activities, ensuring safe, timely, and quality work.
  • Manage subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring compliance with plans, specifications, and building codes.
  • Monitor project progress, identify issues, and address them promptly.
  • Ensure health and safety compliance and adherence to company policies.
  • Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and stakeholders, keeping them informed of project progress.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in high-end residential and commercial construction, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional projects.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients and stakeholders.
  • A solid understanding of construction plans, specifications, and building codes.
  • A strong commitment to health and safety and relevant regulations.
