Financial Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced finance professional to join our team as a Finance Manager. This is a newly created role that offers excellent autonomy and the opportunity to add significant value to our organisation.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing multiple quarterly management accounts, supporting reporting with financial inputs and narrative, maintaining and updating long-range cashflow forecasts, managing relevant payments and drawdowns in line with legal agreements, and supporting with planning, analysis and performance reporting projects.

This is a hands-on, varied and impactful role that requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and teamwork abilities. If you have experience preparing management accounts and financial reporting, a strong working knowledge of UK accounting standards, and excellent Excel skills, we would love to hear from you.

About the Role

  • Preparation of multiple quarterly management accounts
  • Supporting reporting with financial inputs and narrative
  • Maintenance and update of long-range cashflow forecasts
  • Management of relevant payments and drawdowns in line with legal agreements
  • Support with planning, analysis and performance reporting projects

Requirements

  • Experience preparing management accounts and financial reporting
  • Strong working knowledge of UK accounting standards (qualified or QBE)
  • Excellent Excel skills
  • A collaborative and proactive mindset
  • Ability to communicate financial information clearly with non-finance teams
