You will be reporting to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and be responsible for the efficient and effective operation of all aspects of Medea Park Association Inc. You will embody our Values of Inclusiveness, Integrity, Unity, and Accountability which means you will lead by example, inspire with integrity and fully understand strategic objectives.

Essential
- Qualification in Business Administration or a related field
- Recent proven track record (minimum 7-10 years) in C-Suits role or similar management roles within the aged care sector or a related healthcare industry
- Demonstrated experience in Leadership, sound knowledge of People Resources (HR) and Workforce Management, budgeting knowledge, instigating business operation plans and Experience in Management of compliance and continuous improvement
- Strong understanding of the Aged Care Act and other relevant legislation
- Experience in leading and managing multidisciplinary teams
- Appropriate National Police Check
- Valid Driver's License.

- Demonstrated experience in fostering cohesive services and multidisciplinary teams
- Skills to achieve outcomes in clinical and operational performance, productivity, consumer and community engagement, service level agreements, safety, quality and financial performance
- Strategic leadership and capacity to direct all operational areas
- Develop and implement operational plans aligned with strategic goals
- Drive continuous improvement in operational efficiency, service delivery, and resident satisfaction
- Oversee the development and implementation of HR strategies, policies, and programs that attract, retain, and develop a skilled and engaged workforce
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment and industrial legislation
- Support the delivery of high-quality care to residents in accordance with the Aged Care Quality Standards and best practice guidelines.
- Serve as the "gatekeeper" of organisational compliance, ensuring that the organisation meets all applicable aged care, regulatory and accreditation standards and requirements.
- Oversee the efficient and effective management of administrative functions.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with relevant stakeholders.
- May be required to work outside of normal business hours to meet deadlines or respond to emergencies.
