**Financial Leadership Role**

We are seeking a skilled Financial Controller to join our team. As a key member of our finance function, you will be responsible for leading the day-to-day financial operations and controls.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead financial operations, ensuring transactions are correctly posted to digital platforms.
  • Monitor, analyse and report on cash flow position and external projects.
  • Produce high-quality management information and financial reports with commentary for senior stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliant and timely financial reporting standards.
  • Collaborate with the Finance Director on new and ongoing accounting projects.
  • Maintain project documentation and contracts.
  • Perform company secretarial duties as required.
  • Support year-end procedures and annual audit.

About You:

We seek a detail-oriented individual with experience at FC/FM level or senior Management/Financial Accounting professional. You will have a passion for high-quality reporting and ideally possess some exposure to financial modelling.

Requirements:

  • Professional qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
  • Experience managing a small team and influencing department heads outside of finance
  • Good range of IT competencies (digital platforms and MS office experience)
