Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager to join our team at RSM. As a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for leading the financial analysis and reporting process for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and delegate work to the team to ensure timely completion of financial reports.
  • Review and ensure the accuracy of financial statements and work papers.
  • Apply knowledge of the business environment and industry trends to provide valuable insights to clients.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their financial needs and goals.
  • Manage the workflow of the team and communicate effectively with partners and clients.
  • Provide expert advice on financial matters and develop solutions that add value to clients' businesses.
  • Share knowledge and best practices with the team to enhance their skills and expertise.
  • Review and provide feedback on the work of junior team members.
  • Design, develop, and analyze financial models to support business decisions.
  • Resolve complex accounting issues and provide guidance to clients.
  • Analyze management accounting reports and provide advice to clients on financial matters.
  • Ensure the accuracy and consistency of information in income tax returns.

Requirements:

  • Business/Commerce degree with Accounting Major.
  • Completed CA or equivalent.
  • 8+ years' experience in Professional Services.
  • 3-4 years' experience managing a team.
  • Business development experience.
  • Excellent time management and communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work autonomously.
  • Committed to continuing professional development.
