Job Title: Senior Delivery Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Delivery Manager to join our team at Amber Labs. As a Senior Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for leading and facilitating workshops with diverse stakeholders to define scenario-based problem statements and ideate solutions for health and aged care services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and facilitate workshops to define problem statements and ideate solutions.
  • Engage with stakeholders to ensure broad input and collaboration.
  • Collaborate with service designers to translate workshop inputs into key outcomes.
  • Support product owner and product manager to translate workshop inputs into executive briefs.
  • Collaborate with scrum master to support planning, execution, and monitoring of Business Design and System Sprints.

Requirements:

  • Strong facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work within cross-functional teams environment.
  • Ability to translate complex ideas into clear and actionable outcomes.
  • Familiar with human-centered design thinking and service design methodologies.
  • Familiar with agile project management skills.
  • Experience with facilitation tools such as Miro, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Previous experience in the health and aged care sector is advantageous.
