Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Assurance Manager to join our team at Whizdom Recruitment. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering projects and programs within a government context.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute assurance and quality management frameworks and processes.
- Lead project and program assurance (gate) reviews.
- Develop and execute project and program management frameworks and processes.
- Mentor and guide project and program management professionals.
- Embed a quality management culture in an organization.
Requirements
- Highly developed knowledge and experience in the delivery of projects and programs within a government context.
- Tertiary level qualifications and/or certification in Project Management, Program Management and Portfolio Management.
- Experience in leading project and program assurance (gate) reviews.
- Excellent high level written and verbal communication skills.
- Leadership experience in project/program management.
- Ability to mentor and guide project and program management professionals.
- Commitment to quality management.
