About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead UX Designer to join our team at Macquarie. As a key member of our design function, you will be responsible for defining and delivering our experience vision across our Loan Originations Platforms.

As a Lead UX Designer, you will partner with our Director of Product to envision and deliver on our Loan Originations Platforms. You will work closely with our Design Director, Designers, Directors of Product, Product Managers, Business Analysts, Tech Leads, and Engineers to ensure our processes are efficient and mutually beneficial.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead design projects to successful outcomes with a proven track record of at least 8 years in UX and UI or Product Design.
  • Develop and maintain a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in user experience design, visual design, and design thinking methodologies.
  • Conduct generative and evaluative research for digital products and collaborate with stakeholders to articulate design concepts and rationalize design decisions.
  • Mentor and elevate a design team's work without direct people management responsibilities.
