Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement health, safety, and well-being policies and procedures
  • Conduct risk assessments and provide advice on compliance with relevant legislation
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and deliver training programs
  • Provide support and guidance to employees on health, safety, and well-being matters
  • Monitor and report on health, safety, and well-being performance metrics

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in health, safety, and well-being roles
  • Strong knowledge of health, safety, and well-being legislation and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software tools
