Job Title: Occupational Health and Safety Professional

This is an exciting opportunity to work as an Occupational Health and Safety Professional in Perth. As part of a dedicated team, you will collaborate with our Health and Safety Manager to identify and effectively manage risks to our permanent and casual workforce.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough site assessments and consult with clients to identify and manage occupational health and safety risks
  • Provide informative training sessions and updates on occupational health and safety policies, procedures, and legislation
  • Investigate and report incidents, hazards, injuries, or illnesses, and assist in developing corrective actions
  • Promote occupational health and safety throughout the business by consulting, engaging, and influencing managers and consultants

What You'll Need to Succeed:

  • Certificate IV in Occupational Health and Safety
  • Certificate IV Workplace Trainer and Assessor (desirable)
  • ICAM Investigation techniques (desirable)
  • Demonstrated knowledge of occupational health and safety legislation
  • Experience working with a multi-site employer
  • Ability to effectively manage relationships with various key stakeholders across a variety of industries and risk levels
