Front of House Team Member

We are seeking a charismatic and engaging Front of House team member to join our dynamic team at Strike and Holey Moley Frankston. As a key part of our service-focused team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving sales on every shift.

  • • Drive sales by upselling, promoting products and engaging with guests proactively
  • • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve daily goals and challenges
  • • Maintain a well-stocked and visually appealing venue, ensuring a great impression at all times
  • • Demonstrate adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment, taking pride in your role and going above and beyond when needed
  • • Ensure compliance with safety procedures and protocols to safeguard guests and colleagues
  • • Anticipate and meet guests' needs, providing personalized service and exceeding expectations

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • • Passion for delivering outstanding customer service and building meaningful relationships with diverse guests
  • • Energy, enthusiasm and positivity, along with excellent communication skills
  • • Previous experience in customer-facing roles or hospitality industry, preferably with knowledge of customer rapport building and conflict resolution
  • • Ability to interact effectively with a wide range of guests, including teenagers, children and adults
  • • Availability to work weekends and evenings, with a flexible schedule to accommodate changing business needs
  • • Valid RSA certificate (or willingness to obtain) and WWCC (Working with Childrens Check)
