Overnight Guest Services Officer - Front Office

Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Overnight Guest Services Officer to join our team. As the first point of contact for guests, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless experience from arrival to departure.

You will work closely with our Front Office Manager and Assistant Manager to maintain the highest standards of customer service, handling all arrival and departure records, performing cashiering duties, and responding to guest enquiries and requests.

Responsibilities
  • Handle all arrival and departure records efficiently
  • Perform cashiering duties as required, including foreign currency exchange, payments, charges, and check-outs
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to guest enquiries and requests in a timely manner
  • Maintain a high level of security for guests, staff, and hotel property, being fully conversant with all emergency procedures
  • Ensure that all public and back-of-house areas are maintained to the specified levels of cleanliness, maintenance, and presentation
Requirements
  • Previous work experience in a similar fast-paced hotel operations or reservations environment
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and time management skills with a strong ability to multi-task
  • Superior customer service skills along with excellent service resolution skills
  • The capability of working both autonomously and as part of a team
  • The ability to create a positive first impression with an understanding of the importance of 5-star grooming standards
  • The flexibility to work on a rotating 24/7 roster, including public holidays
