Cboe Global Markets, Inc. is seeking a skilled Senior Operations Support Specialist to join our team.

About the Role:

This role is responsible for providing world-class support and operational oversight of Cboe's Data and Access Solutions platforms and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide subject matter expertise in production operations support, mentoring, and training Cboe staff.
  • Liaise with vendors, operators, and stakeholders to define and design new features and functions.
  • Perform analytical functions to troubleshoot complex technical issues and resolve customer problems.
  • Utilize SQL, UNIX shell, and Cboe proprietary tools to gather and analyze data.
  • Monitor production systems, ensure healthy system state, and take direct action to resolve known issues.
  • Provide customers and sales support, training related to platform behavior, order processing, market structure, and feature/functions.
  • Onboard new clients, establish client access, provision new services, and conduct API certification testing and support.
  • Support Options product management efforts, including adding new listings, replacement of listings, validations, and de-listing of Options Series available for trading on Cboe Options Exchanges.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree preferred in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Business, Financial Services, Communications, or a related discipline.
  • At least 7+ years' experience in a security-related or technical support position.
  • At least 5+ years with UNIX Shell, 3+ years with SQL, and 3+ years with Agile Development Methodology.

Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
