As a leader in our organization, you will play a pivotal role in driving global compensation processes and fostering collaboration across borders.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee monthly data collection, processing, and payroll reporting across international client engagements. This individual must ensure accuracy and timeliness while leveraging analytics and automation to streamline high-volume workflows.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Lead and optimize global compensation processes: Oversee monthly data collection, processing, and payroll reporting across international client engagements.
    • Collaborate across borders for integrated delivery: Coordinate with global teams and client contacts to align tax, payroll, compensation, and social security reporting.
    • Drive client success and regional growth: Engage in strategic client meetings, support onboarding and implementation, mentor junior team members, and contribute to expanding services and capabilities.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • Expertise in global mobility and compliance: Bring 4–5 years of experience in employment tax, payroll, and related fields.
  • Strong analytical skills: Proficient in Excel (formulas, pivot tables) and multi-source data interpretation.
  • Excellent stakeholder management: Strong communication, organization, and time management skills for handling global stakeholders and tight deadlines.
