A Manager - Global Employee Data Solutions is needed for a role that will oversee global compensation processes and lead cross-functional teams to deliver integrated services.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and optimize global compensation processes by overseeing monthly data collection, processing, and payroll reporting across international client engagements.
- Collaborate with global EY teams and client contacts to align tax, payroll, compensation, and social security reporting.
- Drive client success and regional growth by engaging in strategic client meetings, supporting onboarding and implementation, mentoring junior team members, and contributing to expanding services and capabilities across the APAC region.
- Experience in global mobility and compliance with 4–5 years of expertise in employment tax, payroll, and related fields.
- Skilled in data analysis and stakeholder management with proficiency in Excel (formulas, pivot tables) and multi-source data interpretation.
- Detail-oriented and process-driven with strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
