Job Title: Compensation Strategist
Description:
The role of the Head of Reward involves leading the strategic management of compensation programs across divisions to foster a culture of excellence, engagement, and growth.
This senior leadership position works closely with General Managers of HR and senior leaders to ensure compensation strategies are innovative, competitive, and aligned with organizational goals.
The team leader will plan and implement calendar activities, including annual compensation review, and facilitate governance across divisions.
The role entails designing and implementing comprehensive compensation frameworks and incentive schemes within a banking environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing total rewards strategies to attract, retain, and motivate top talent.
- Stakeholder management to partner with General Managers of HR and Heads of HR, and influence at the executive level.
- Technical skills with an understanding of relevant legislation and global trends in compensation and benefits.
- Thought leadership and passion for staying ahead of industry trends and improving reward processes.
- Leadership skills to inspire and develop a team of Senior Reward Managers.
- Analytical skills to monitor and report on compensation forecasts and accruals.
- Superior written and oral communications skills and experience working and influencing at executive level.
