Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Rehabilitation Assistant. In this role, you will provide case management support to consultants delivering rehabilitation services, ensuring excellence and quality of customer and client service delivery, and driving improved return to work outcomes for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to consultants in the delivery of rehabilitation services
  • Assist in the development and implementation of rehabilitation plans
  • Conduct assessments and gather data to inform rehabilitation plans
  • Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and other stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports

Requirements:

  • Currently undertaking (3rd or 4th year) or completed an undergraduate allied health tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Rehabilitation Counselling, Psychology, Social Work, and Health Science is desired;
  • Administrative experience within the health, medical, insurance or worker's compensation field is highly regarded;
  • A genuine interest in occupational rehabilitation;
  • Excellent attention to detail;
  • Exceptional written communication skills for a professional setting;
  • Drive to achieve results;
  • Proficiency with computer use (Microsoft office suite);
  • Excellent time management skills, be able to work autonomously as well as within a team environment;
