We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as an Occupational Rehabilitation Coordinator. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our experienced consultants and play a key part in delivering high-quality rehabilitation services to our clients.

The Role

  • You will provide case management support to consultants, ensuring excellence and quality of customer and client service delivery.
  • Assist in driving improved return to work outcomes for clients.
  • Develop a wide variety of skill sets including workers compensation, case management, ADL assessments, vocational assessments, transferable skills analysis, labour market analysis, and project work.

Requirements

  • Currently undertaking (3rd or 4th year) or completed an undergraduate allied health tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Rehabilitation Counselling, Psychology, Social Work, and Health Science.
  • Administrative experience within the health, medical, insurance, or worker's compensation field is highly regarded.
  • A genuine interest in occupational rehabilitation.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Exceptional written communication skills for a professional setting.
  • Drive to achieve results.
  • Proficiency with computer use (Microsoft office suite).
  • Excellent time management skills, be able to work autonomously as well as within a team environment.

Salary

$60,000 - $70,000 per annum, depending on experience.
