Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Rehabilitation Case Management Assistant. In this role, you will provide administrative support to our consultants, ensuring the delivery of high-quality rehabilitation services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide case management support to consultants, including data entry, record-keeping, and communication with clients and stakeholders.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of rehabilitation plans, ensuring alignment with client goals and objectives.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of accurate and up-to-date records, including client files and statistical reports.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve excellent customer service delivery and high-quality outcomes for clients.

Requirements

  • Currently undertaking or completed an undergraduate allied health tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Rehabilitation Counselling, Psychology, Social Work, or Health Science.
  • Administrative experience within the health, medical, insurance, or worker's compensation field is highly regarded.
  • A genuine interest in occupational rehabilitation and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent attention to detail, written communication skills, and proficiency with computer use (Microsoft Office suite).
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with excellent time management skills and a drive to achieve results.
