**Our Team**
We work with a diverse range of clients, providing occupational rehabilitation services, and psychological treatment to clients with a range of conditions and outcome goals. Our team of highly skilled allied health professionals and employment consultants include Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists, and Psychologists.
**Job Description**
In this diverse role, you will enjoy the flexibility and autonomy to manage your own day. You will have the support of a strong, close team of driven and energetic healthcare professionals with the backing and resources of a global corporate infrastructure. Your duties will include:
- **Case Management**: effectively managing caseloads, with the support of Rehabilitation Assistants to alleviate administrative tasks, and applying your clinical knowledge to improve return to work outcomes;
- **Injury Prevention and Education**: working with employers and employees to develop and implement injury prevention and workplace education programs;
- **Collaboration and Relationship Building**: working collaboratively with injured workers, employers, medical, and allied health professionals, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders;
- **Evidence-Based Interventions**: providing evidence-based psychological interventions and completing various assessments using your clinical skills.
**Qualifications and Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Tertiary qualifications in Psychology or Rehabilitation Counselling;
- Full or provisional Registration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Psychologist or Registration with ASORC as a Rehab Counsellor;
- Clinical knowledge of pathologies;
- Strong communication skills to build and develop relationships;
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to work autonomously as well as within a team environment.
**What We Offer**
We offer a competitive remuneration package, including a salary of around $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus bonus and incentive schemes.
