About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Lead Educator to join our team at C&K Arlington Drive Childcare Centre. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of children in our care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support and guide children's learning and development, fostering a love of learning and a sense of curiosity and wonder.
  • Collaborate with your team to create a safe, supportive, and engaging play-based learning environment that promotes children's social, emotional, and cognitive growth.
  • Develop and implement high-quality educational programs that cater to the diverse needs of children, their families, and the community.
  • Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues, promoting a culture of respect, empathy, and inclusivity.

Requirements
  • A minimum of a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, or willingness to commence studying that qualification.
  • First Aid, CPR, and Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification.
  • A valid Blue Card or Exemption Card.
  • A Police Check current within three months, or willingness to obtain one.
