We are seeking an experienced Early Childhood Education Lead to join our team at C&K Arlington Drive. As a key member of our nursery room, you will play a vital role in guiding children to discover their curiosity, capabilities, and confidence.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a safe, supportive, and engaging learning environment that fosters playful experiences for children, families, and our vibrant community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement high-quality educational programs that cater to diverse learning needs.
  • Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues to create a collaborative and inclusive environment.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will have or be willing to work towards:

  • A minimum of a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.
  • Current First Aid, CPR, and Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification.
  • A valid Blue Card or Exemption Card.
  • A Police Check current within three months (or willingness to obtain one).
