C&K - The Creche and Kindergarten is seeking a dedicated and passionate Lead Educator to join our team at C&K Arlington Drive Childcare Centre. As a highly valued member of our team, you will play a key role in supporting and guiding children's learning and development, helping them become curious, capable, and confident lifelong learners.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, where you will have the chance to make a real difference in the lives of children and their families. As a Lead Educator, you will be responsible for creating a safe, supportive, and engaging play-based learning environment that fosters children's social, emotional, and cognitive development.

What You'll Bring

To thrive in this role, you will have a minimum of a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, or be willing to commence studying that qualification. You will also need to have or be willing to obtain First Aid, CPR, and Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification, as well as a valid Blue Card or Exemption Card. A Police Check current within three months (or willingness to obtain one) is also required.
