About Us

C&K Childcare & Kindergarten is a leading provider of early childhood education in Queensland. We're dedicated to making a positive impact on children's lives, and we're seeking a qualified Lead Educator to join our team.

About the Role

We're looking for a passionate and experienced early childhood professional to lead our team at C&K Arlington Drive. As a Lead Educator, you'll be responsible for guiding children to discover their curiosity, capabilities, and confidence. You'll work closely with our team to create playful learning experiences that grow with input from children, families, and our vibrant community.

What You'll Bring

To thrive in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum of a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or willingness to commence studying that qualification.
  • First Aid, CPR, and Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification.
  • A valid Blue Card or Exemption Card.
  • A Police Check current within three months (or willingness to obtain one).

We're looking for someone who is energetic, fun, and committed to guiding children's early learning and development. You'll be a team-player who can lean on your colleagues as they lean on you. Working with Us
