C&K - The Creche and Kindergarten is seeking a dedicated and passionate Lead Educator to join our team at C&K Arlington Drive Childcare Centre. About the Role

As a Lead Educator, you will be responsible for creating a safe, supportive, and engaging play-based learning environment that promotes children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support and guide children's learning and development, ensuring they become curious, capable, and confident lifelong learners.
  • Collaborate with your team to create a safe, supportive, and engaging play-based learning environment that promotes children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.
  • Develop and implement high-quality educational programs that meet the needs of children and their families.
  • Build strong relationships with children, families, and the community, ensuring a sense of belonging and connection.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that promote the well-being and safety of children.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or willingness to commence studying that qualification.
  • First Aid, CPR, and Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification.
  • A valid Blue Card or Exemption Card.
  • A Police Check current within three months (or willingness to obtain one).
