About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Care Director to join our team at Estia Health. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional care and support to our residents.

As a Care Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the clinical operations of our homes, ensuring that our residents receive the highest level of care and support. You will work closely with our nursing team to develop and implement clinical care programs, manage budgets, and lead by example in providing exceptional care.

We are looking for a leader who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of our residents and their families. You will have a strong clinical background, with experience in managing people and budgets, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the clinical operations of our homes, ensuring that our residents receive the highest level of care and support.
  • Develop and implement clinical care programs that meet the needs of our residents.
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure the effective delivery of care.
  • Lead by example in providing exceptional care and support to our residents.
  • Work closely with our nursing team to develop and implement clinical care programs.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications as a registered nurse and current AHPRA registration.
  • At least 3 years in a nursing management role, at ward level or above.
  • Experience in managing people and budgets.
  • A background in aged care.
