About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Care Director to join our team at Estia Health. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional care and support to our residents.

As a Care Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the clinical operations of our homes, ensuring that our residents receive the highest level of care and support. You will work closely with our nursing team to develop and implement clinical care programs, and will be responsible for training and developing the skills of our staff.

You will also be responsible for managing the financial aspects of our homes, including budgeting and financial reporting. If you have a passion for delivering exceptional care and support, and have the skills and experience to lead a team, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the clinical operations of our homes, ensuring that our residents receive the highest level of care and support.
  • Develop and implement clinical care programs, working closely with our nursing team.
  • Train and develop the skills of our staff, ensuring that they have the knowledge and skills to deliver exceptional care.
  • Manage the financial aspects of our homes, including budgeting and financial reporting.
Requirements
  • Qualifications as a registered nurse and current AHPRA registration.
  • At least 3 years in a nursing management role, at ward level or above.
  • Experience in managing people and budgets.
  • A background in aged care.
